Jazmin Elizondo

Ms. Jazmin Elizondo serves as the Director of the McAllen office. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Ms. Elizondo specializes in stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns (excluding couples/marriage counseling), and adult ADHD. Her therapeutic approach is informed by her extensive experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, somatic therapy, and Brainspotting. Additionally, Ms. Elizondo is skilled in providing non-religious therapeutic approaches for clients who prefer that focus in their counseling experience.

Jazmin's goal has always been to create a space where clients feel welcome, safe, and empowered. This led her to create Sage Healing Counseling Services. Her greatest aspiration is to continue finding passionate counselors to join the Sage community and to continue providing quality mental health services to the Rio Grande Valley (and beyond!).

In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, doing crossword puzzles, and going on long walks. You can often find her at small markets supporting local small businesses.
